I bought some hand weights a while back and they’ve been sitting on the floor near my desk ever since. Today I decided to put them to use. After extensive research (a YouTube search), I picked Easy Arm Workouts for Beginners, by HASfit. It’s a 12-minute workout. I made it 9 minutes.
So now I’ve got two fitness goals — 20,000 steps in a day, and making it to the end of this beginners’ workout. Other HASfit videos include 30, 40, and 45 minute arm workouts. I’m aiming for 12 whole minutes. Did I mention that there’s getting up and down off the floor? Oh yeah, this is some hardcore weight training here. I may have to buy some stretchy black gym wear or something.
